𝗜 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲
In the past 20+ years, I have helped – mainly women – social leaders, investors and board members around the world to understand people’s needs – and their own- in a complex and changing economy. I facilitate this by combining deep listening, foresight techniques, rigour, elegance and imagination.

✅ 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: At “𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻”, individuals, corporate and charitable foundations, boards, government entities, institutional investors, and mission-led finance institutions bring me in at the thinking stage – to help them re-imagine, design and articulate a rich and aligned social impact strategy, and the behaviours needed to achieve this, as individuals and groups.

✅ 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Previously, as CEO of 𝗢𝗴𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗜𝗖, BCorp Founder, Board Member, Impact Investment Strategist & Advisor for global Social, Green & Tech4Good ventures, I’ve successfully designed and led accelerator, growth-readiness, and exciting leadership programmes, for ca 10,000 women in Social Enterprises, mainstream businesses and NGOs, around the world🔹 I created the first incubator for women in social enterprises in the UK 🔹 Directed a $1m. challenge fund.

✅ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆! I am one of the inaugural WISE 100 Women in Social Enterprise, an engaging multi-lingual public speaker, awards judge and media contributor, a SheEO Angel Activator, and a TechLondon Advocate.

✅ ICF PCC executive coach, trained in Results Coaching Systems (NeuroLeadership Institute); a Conflict Management Cynergy and Thinking Environment coach. An Agile DSDM & Design Sprints mentor.

✅ In the past, I have been a community development programme manager, events and music video producer, an arts grant provider, and even an IT problem-solver… These experiences and collaborations with various stakeholders from different backgrounds taught me to think on my feet, be a greater connector, and importantly listen deeply to people to support them.
